Smoothies

Yields 6 servings.
Ingredients
- 500 gr. bag frozen strawberries (about 4 cups)
- 2 cups of orange juice
- ¼ cup honey (optional)
Directions
In a blender (or food processor with the S blade attachment), place
the frozen strawberries and orange juice and begin by pulsing until they
start to break down. Then mix on high speed for a minute or two until
everything is smooth. Add the honey if you want to sweeten it more, then
give another mix.
Pour into tall glasses, add a straw, sit back, and enjoy!
Notes:
If you want to serve these as a refreshing starter to a festive meal then prepare them the day before, place in a large container
with a seal, and place in the freezer. In the morning, about 3-4 hours
before the meal, take the container out of the freezer and place it in
the fridge. Then scoop out with a spoon and pour into glasses before
serving. Add a splash of white wine if you desire.
